What we believe

Our Vision:

To be a community of Christians who are gospel-centred
in all our faith and practice, proclaiming Jesus to the world.

We accept the books of the Bible—the 39 books of the Old Testament and the 27 books of the New Testament—as the written word of God. The Bible is the only essential and infallible record of God's self-disclosure to mankind. It leads us to salvathe Scriptures. We accept the books of the Bible—the 39 books

"I will rejoice in the grace of God, privately and corporately giving thanks to our heavenly Father for the sacrifice of his son Jesus, of the forgiveness of our sins, and for the gift of the Holy Spirit who empowers us to believe and to live for the glory of God."

Baptism

Water baptism is a symbol of the believer's union with the Lord in his death, burial, and resurrection.

Baptism is an obedient response of someone saved by grace. . . It is an outward sign of an inward work which has already taken place . . .

It is therefore our wonderful privilege as a church to celebrate these times together.

The Lord's Supper

This ordinance symbolizes the breaking of Christ’s body and the shedding of his blood on our behalf. It is to be observed repeatedly throughout the Christian life as a sign of continued participation in the atoning benefits of Christ’s death.

Visiting believers who are in good standing with their own church are welcome to participate with us in the Lord's Supper.

Becoming a member of New Life involves a number of requirements. Here are a few highlights:
